To ensure the validity of your warranty, please report any issues with the product you’ve purchased to us within 15 days. Digital codes provided to you are eligible for exchange within a 15-day period, provided that sufficient proof is submitted to LicenseMe.Eu.
Product Return Conditions:
Should you find the product purchased through our site to be defective, you are required to reach out to us via our support page within 15 days from the date of delivery. If, after review, the defect in the product is found to be a result of customer misuse, or if the product has been used within those 15 days, it will not qualify for return or exchange. Our return and exchange policy strictly adheres to the principles of the “Consumer Protection Law,” ensuring fair and lawful practices.
-Since our products are digital, there are no returns or exchanges.
-You can use all our products as and for the specified period unless the relevant company changes its policy.
-Wordpress plugin installations are installed by us since they do not require a license key. You must provide your panel information for installation.
-Wordpress themes and plugins are installed only once, free of charge, on the same site. In subsequent installations, the license fee is charged again.
-You can take a backup for security purposes before installing WordPress.
-Products delivered in the form of license keys (Windows, Office, Antivirus, etc.) must be used within 12 hours. The responsibility for license keys that are not used within 12 hours belongs entirely to the customer.
-Lifetime WordPress plugins and themes have a 1-year warranty.
-For products delivered as an account or as a key, compensation is provided only at the first entry.
-For products delivered as an account, you must clear your browser’s cookies and data before logging into the account, and then change your IP.
-If you use a VPN to change your IP, you run the risk of having your accounts exploded, we never recommend it.
